Policies, Privacy & FAQs

How bookings, consultations, results, your data and any concerns are handled at the clinic. If anything here is unclear, please ask before you book.

Bookings & Cancellations

A booking deposit secures your appointment time and is deducted from the cost of your treatment.

  • A £50 booking deposit is required to secure an appointment. The deposit comes off your treatment total on the day.
  • Where a treatment is valued under £50, payment in full may be requested at the time of booking.
  • Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment.
  • With sufficient notice, your deposit can usually be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, and for missed appointments.
  • Please arrive punctually. Late arrival may shorten your appointment or mean it has to be rebooked, as each slot is reserved for you alone.

Consultations & Reviews

Every treatment begins with a consultation. It is a conversation about what you want, what is clinically appropriate, and what to expect.

  • Nurse consultations are booked as a separate appointment and the fee is deducted from your treatment total.
  • Prescription-only treatments require a prescribing arrangement. Where needed, this is arranged through the prescription clinic with a nurse and doctor.
  • Your medical history is reviewed at consultation. Treatment proceeds only where it is clinically appropriate for you.
  • Anti-wrinkle treatments are reviewed approximately two weeks after your initial appointment, once the treatment has settled.
  • Dermal filler reviews and any adjustment are discussed at consultation and arranged on a case-by-case basis.
  • You are welcome to ask questions at any point, before, during or after your appointment.

Results & Refunds

Aesthetic treatment is a clinical procedure, not a purchase with a fixed outcome. Expected results are discussed openly before anything is agreed.

  • Individual results vary. Outcomes depend on your anatomy, skin, medical history and how your body responds.
  • Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and no practitioner can promise a specific result.
  • Expected outcomes, limitations and any risks are discussed with you at consultation so you can make an informed decision.
  • Refunds are not offered for treatment that has been carried out as agreed. Where you have a concern about a result, please raise it so it can be reviewed.
  • Review appointments are offered where clinically appropriate, and any adjustment is discussed with you first.

Privacy & GDPR

Your personal and medical information is handled confidentially and in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  • Information is collected only to assess your suitability for treatment, deliver care safely, and keep the clinical records required of a registered nurse.
  • Personal and medical information is stored securely and treated as confidential.
  • Your information is not sold, and it is not shared for marketing purposes.
  • Clinical photographs are taken and used only with your specific, informed consent, and consent can be withdrawn at any time.
  • You have the right to ask what information is held about you, to have inaccuracies corrected, and to ask for your information to be erased where the law allows.
  • The clinic embeds a Google Map on its contact section so you can find the premises. Google may set cookies and receive your IP address when that map loads, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
  • To make any of these requests, please contact the clinic directly using the details on this site.

Safety & Standards

Treatments are delivered by a Registered NMC Nurse and Band 6 NHS Nurse, to the standards expected of a registered clinician.

  • All treatments are for clients aged 18 and over.
  • Photographic identification may be requested to confirm your age.
  • A full medical history is taken before treatment, and it is your responsibility to keep the clinic informed of any changes.
  • Treatment may be declined or postponed where it is not clinically appropriate, or where suitability cannot be established.
  • Aftercare advice is provided with every treatment, and support is available if you have questions afterwards.
  • Please get in touch promptly if you have any concern following a treatment.

Complaints & Concerns

If something has not gone as you expected, the clinic would rather hear it directly and put it right.

  • Concerns can be raised in person, by phone or by email using the contact details on this site.
  • Every concern is treated seriously, in confidence, and without affecting the care you receive.
  • You will receive acknowledgement of your complaint and an explanation of how it will be looked into.
  • Where a review appointment is clinically appropriate, one will be offered.

Cookie Policy

The contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find the clinic. Google may set cookies through that map and may receive your IP address when it loads, under its own privacy policy rather than the clinic’s. Nothing else on the site loads third-party content. Frequently Asked

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Please give at least 48 hours' notice. With sufficient notice your deposit can usually be moved to your new appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations and missed appointments.

Annie, a Registered NMC Nurse and Band 6 NHS Nurse with clinical experience and specialist training in medical aesthetics.
